Collaboration with Martin Chow, Matthew Compeau, Tyler Fogel, Eric Lajoie, Ray Wang and Jane Wong
Finding correlation between the power of food and architecture, then expressing both throughout the course of a meal, one finds that the act of consuming food is not much different from the way architecture consumes nature. The light construction of the serpentine bamboo structure and a meal of simple flavours prepared with by humble methods is perfectly complimentary.
